Fullfillment Policy

At Pardue Associates, we provide custom graphic design services tailored to each client’s unique needs. As our services are delivered digitally and not in the form of physical goods, our fulfillment process is slightly different from traditional e-commerce businesses. Below is an outline of our fulfillment, refund, and cancellation policies to ensure transparency and clarity for our clients.

1. Service Delivery

Upon completion of your graphic design project, all final deliverables will be provided digitally via email or a secure download link. The delivery timeline for each project will be outlined in your project agreement and depends on the scope of work and revisions required.

Estimated Delivery Times: The turnaround time for projects typically ranges from one week to 365 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and client response time during the feedback/revision process.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once the design process has begun. However, if you are unsatisfied with the initial design concepts, we are committed to working with you through our revision process to achieve a final design that meets your expectations.

Refunds are only issued in the following cases: 

  – If no design work has started, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

  – If we are unable to complete the project for any reason on our end, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the work already completed.

3. Revisions and Modifications

We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the final design. If additional revisions are requested beyond this limit, they may incur additional fees. All revision policies are clearly outlined in the project agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project at any time before the design work begins for a full refund. After design work has started, cancellations will result in a partial refund based on the proportion of the project completed at the time of cancellation. Please refer to your project agreement for specific details.
